Yes, this building is named the R.O.D. BLDG - the Roy O. Disney Building.

Roy O. Disney has a very important place in Disney history, co-founding the Walt Disney Company with his older brother Walt. After Walt's death, Roy became the Chairman of the company and was at the forefront of the construction of the Magic Kingdom and the Walt Disney World Resort.
