Amongst the many reasons I love Disneyland Paris, the many different ways to enter the different lands is a big part of my love for this Parc. There are various unique entrances, and exits, that it is easy to come across new pathways - or just to simply lose yourself in a new land!
Take, for example, when you pass from Fantasyland to Adventureland. This is the entryway that will greet you.
Perfectly fitting in with Fantasyland, you have no doubt that you are leaving a 'land and entering a new!

Welcoming In Tokyo
I love all the different signs welcoming us to the various lands in Disney Theme Parks. Such as this one, in Tokyo Disneyland.
Perfect theming for an adventure of any kind!

Up To Adventure
The entrance to Adventureland in Disneyland Paris is one of the nicest looking 'Land entrances in Parc Disneyland.
The detail and tiling that has gone into the entrance really makes you feel like you are entering some of your very own Arabian Nights!
As you can see, looking up, there is a great amount of detail in the entrance-way.
Lights hanging in such a way that you feel like you are in Agrabah and the markets that keep this area hustling and bustling.

Oops!
You may remember last year we visited The Curious Giraffe (la Girafe Curieus) in Adventureland, in Paris?
Unfortunately, it looks like they might have had a bit of an accident on their way to sell some bric-a-brac or Disney related goods!

Finale in the Treehouse
It's our last day of our picture exploration of the Swiss Family Treehouse in Tokyo Disneyland. But at least with photos like these, our memories live on!

A Touch of Swiss in Tokyo
DF'82 heads back over to Tokyo Disneyland for the next few days, in order to experience an attraction that may be familiar to us all but is also very different.
It's the Swiss Family Treehouse, situated in Adventureland in Tokyo. As you may know, this walk-through attraction is based on the 1960s' Walt Disney film. It is a great way to see some classic Disney Details and you can also get some beautiful views of the rest of the Tokyo Disneyland Park.
The Treehouse was a late addition to the park, however, not opening until 1993, 10 years after the park opened. As we enter the Treehouse, we are greeted with the following plaque:
Join us for the next two days, as DF'82 takes you on a picture tour of this fun attraction!

of the ill-fated ship Recovery.

Enter The Cave of Wonder
It's always fun to revist attractions here at DF'82, and today we are going to head back over to Adventureland in Disneyland Paris to see one of our favourites.
That's right, it's Aladdin's Enchanted Passage! A chance to enter into the world of Aladdin and experience the story of his journey and the magic lamp. And the genie, of course!

There are some beautiful scenes throughout this walkthru attraction (all of which can be quite hard to photograph and really should be experience in person). Just don't forget to say the magic word (as per the Genie!).
Due to the fact this is a walkthru attraction, there is never a wait or alot of people waiting to pass through. It is a great experience with some fantastic effects scattered throughout!
We'll see you there, Genie!

Looking Above in the Frontier
We have previously visited the Tobias Norton & Sons Frontier Traders in Adventureland. We head back there to take some more time to look around the shop itself.
As I tell all my wonderful DF'82 readers, it's important to Always Look Up when exploring the brilliantly themed shops in Disneyland Paris. And the Tobias Trader's shop is no exception.
There are bits and pieces scattered around, items that are seen in barns or in Old West towns.

You may even see a few Cowboys chin wagging after a long day rearing their cattle, or resting their feet after their travels.

Continuing the Tour
I hope that you are ready to enjoy some more pictures from La Cabane des Robinson at Disneyland Paris. Let's get our walking shoes on and continue from where we left off yesterday.
Firstly we visit the library: These good books - the recording of man's ideas and achievements - were salvaged from our ship. We shall never hunger for food for the mind nor the soul.

Pictures Of The Family
Welcome back to DF'82 and you are most welcome to our picture tour of La Cabane des Robinson, in Disneyland Paris. Enjoy this tour from the comfort of your computer!

Welcome to the Kitchen: Our kitchen and dining room, complete with running water, volcanic stone hearth and oven utensils of our own making. Salvage from the wrecked ship, plus nature's bounty and my good wife's cooking, amply fulfill our needs.

Visit The Family of Adventureland
One of the best attractions for exploring lies in Adventureland, in Disneyland Paris. It is a sight that is seen in many of the Disney Parks throughout the world, and here in France it is given a beautiful French touch. Of course, I am talking about The Swiss Family Treehouse, or as it is known here, La Cabane des Robinson.
The Treehouse, of course, is a replica of the treehouse from the 1960 Disney film, and is a lovely walk-thru attraction. It can be enjoyed at your own pace, and has some fantastic hidden details strewn throughout. The attraction will rarely have a queue, so it's always something fun to do even when the park is busy.
Although the attraction may need a bit of a refurbishment, you can visit the kitchen area, the dining area, the sleeping quarters and the library. If nothing else, the Treehouse gives some beautiful views over the rest of the park.
Join us over the next two days, when we will have a fun photo tour of La Cabane des Robinson!

A Quick Bite at Restaurant Hakuna Matata
It's about time we stopped for another quick bite to eat at one of the many counter service restaurants in Parc Disneyland, Paris. Today's choice is the Restaurant Hakuna Matata, situated in Adventureland.

Can you guess what the theme of this counter service restaurant is? Of course, it's that of the Lion King! The building itself is decorated in an African theme, ready to welcome you and cause you No Worries. There are animal and ethnic decorations throughout, in this African Hut style building.
Dining options here include lamb curry and Moroccan dishes, spiced chicken and shrimp and tuna salad. As at all the counter service restaurants, kids menus are available and 'set menus' as such. During the low season this restaurant is only opened Wednesday to Friday, but during the high season it is open every day, although sometimes not opening until nearer 2pm.

Why Did It Have To Be Snakes?
One of the Royal Family's favourite attractions in Disneyland Paris is the Indiana Jones ride, hidden at the back of Adventureland. I've spoken about the facts and figures of this attraction before, but there are some great details in the queue line of the attraction that are a must for any Indiana Jones' fans!
And once again, it just shows us Disney fans the lengths that the Imagineers and creators of the parks go to, to make sure we are fully immersed in the story of the attraction.
It appears we have entered Indiana's camp area - but it doesn't look like he's around. He has left some artifacts and his truck here though, so he can't be too far.

Oh, it also looks like it might be laundry day for Jones too! I hope he, um, realises that he might have some company!
Snakes...oh...that can't be good. But it's just cement, right? Right?!

Phew, this looks like the train station - maybe if we board this we'll be taken right to Indy and we'll be all safe and sound. Or will we?
