Out of this window, we are really going to only focus on the first name - Bill Gair.

Bill Gair's official title at EuroDisney was Director of Facilities Management. He worked for the Walt Disney Company for over 30 years, holding executive positions in Construction, Operations, Project Management and Facilities. He was also the first Disney executive to be relocated to France for the Park's preparation and opening. He later went to Tokyo to hold the position of Vice President of Resort Operations.

The other two names on the window are a little harder to find out information on. But a Disney Blog Author's work is never done, so be on the lookout for this window popping up in the future.
