Call The Fire Brigade!
Even Toontown in Tokyo Disneyland needs it's own branch of the emergency services. Such as the Toontown Fire Department.
From the looks of things, they are ready for any kind of fire-related emergency!
Even their logo, with a fire hose wrapped around a T, shows that they are ready for anything.

Tick Tock
If you are visiting Tokyo Disneyland and suddenly realise that your watch is broken, or you have a clock that requires repair, then look no further than Toontown!
As you can see, this reliable and trustworthy looking repair shop should be able to repair your clock no problem! Although the sign looks like it might need to be repaired to give shoppers a little more confidence...

Looking Up In Toontown, Japan Style
Jumping across the waters again, we head to Toontown in Tokyo Disneyland. Do you remember that DF'82 always wants you to look up? Well, let's do just that...
Where in Toontown would a building topper like this be situated? We have already seen Chip and Dale's place, Donald's place and Goofy's home. Maybe this is Mickey Mouse's residence? No, I'm sure he wouldn't put fireworks on top like that!
Of course, it's Toontown City Hall! At least we will always be able to tell the time :).

Nuts About Toontown
Heading back over to Toontown in Tokyo Disneyland, we're going to play another game of guess the house! So, let's have a look at the decorations adorning the top of this house.
I think you all have a pretty good idea of who lives in this house. Maybe the larger picture will be a good indicator?
Of course, the house is home to Gadget's Go-Coaster, which means Chip and Dale must be the proprietors of this fine establishment!

But who is Toby Tortoise? Toby is a character who appears in several Disney Cartoon Shorts. He is in the infamous The Tortoise and The Hare, Toby The Tortoise Returns and Mickey's Christmas Carol. His debut performance in the Tortoise and the Hare was on January 5th 1935, with the short being directed by Wilfred Jackson and including talents such as Ward Kimbell and Larry Clemmons. It actually won an Academy Award in 1935 for "Short Subject - Cartoons".

Ticket To...Toontown!
Let's continue our exploration of Tokyo Disneyland by stopping by Toontown! An area very similar to Mickey's Toontown Fair in Walt Disney World, and an almost exact replica of the Disneyland's Mickey's Toontown area. In fact, it is a mirror image of the land!
In Toontown, you can visit Minnie's House, Donald's Boat, Mickey Mouse's House, Goofy's Bounce House and Chip N' Dale's Treehouse! There is also the Roger Rabbit's Car Toon Spin attraction, as well as Gadget's Go Coaster.
